Robert Payne is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Texas with deep roots in agriculture and land stewardship. Born and raised in Henrietta, Texas, Robert developed a strong connection to the land through his family and local ranchers, gaining hands-on experience in rangeland science, animal husbandry, and wildlife management from an early age.
Driven by his passion for agriculture, Robert earned a B.S. in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University in 1997, followed by an M.S. in Agricultural Education from Texas Tech University in 1999. He began his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry, where he spent over 22 years in both human and animal health sectors. During this time, he built a successful career and a wide network of trusted relationships with landowners across Texas.
Outside of his professional life, Robert and his wife Cacy enjoy supporting their two sons in all their pursuits and spending quality time traveling and exploring new places. An avid outdoorsman, Robert is also a certified Texas Hunt Master with the Texas Youth Hunting Program, where he is dedicated to passing down Texas’ hunting heritage to future generations.
With a lifelong connection to agriculture, extensive knowledge of Texas ranch and recreational properties, and a strong foundation in both education and industry, Robert brings a unique and valuable perspective to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
